Focus on the shotgun as a home and personal defense weapon. General Information: Limited to 12 participants. Pre-requisite: CPL or other pistol marksmanship certification. Topics Covered: Effective distance of the shotgun and loads used. Bird shot to slugs Zeroing Select drills Slings and their proper use Patterns with buckshot More Requirements: 350 rounds of birdshot 25 rounds of slugs (various brands are good so you can see what works best) 50 rounds of buck shot (various brands are good so you can see what works best) Sling system. Snacks and drink for 8 hours of training. Centerline Classes: Lunch can be bought at the gun club or you may provide your own. Recommendations: This class is held outside, so dress appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen. Insect Repellent Hat Knee Pads Lunch can be bought at the gun club or you may provide your own. |
